At BESTCHOICES, we strive to deliver your orders in the most efficient and timely manner possible. Below is our shipping policy outlining the details of our delivery process, rates, and terms.
1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is successfully processed.
- Orders placed after 2 PM PST or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods and Rates
We offer the following shipping options for domestic and international orders:
Domestic Orders (United States):
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Free on all orders within the U.S.
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): Calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Next-Day Shipping: Available for an additional fee, depending on delivery address.
International Orders:
- We currently ship to several countries. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
- International Standard Shipping (7-14 business days)
- International Expedited Shipping (3-7 business days)
Note: Customs fees, taxes, and duties for international orders are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by BESTCHOICES.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order’s progress on the courier’s website.
4. Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as:
- Weather-related delays
- Carrier delays
- High order volumes during holidays or promotional events If your package is delayed, please contact our customer support team, and we will assist you in tracking the status of your shipment.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Certain remote locations or international destinations may have restricted shipping options. If there is an issue with your shipping address, we will contact you to resolve the problem.
6. Lost or Damaged Items
- If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a refund or replacement, if necessary.
- For damaged items, please provide clear photos of the product and packaging within 7 days of receipt.
7. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return it following our Return & Refund Policy.
