  • The item must be in new, unused, and resalable condition. This includes all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • For hygiene reasons, items on sale or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or defective.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  2. You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for shipping the item back to us.
  3. Please securely pack the item, including all original packaging and documentation, and ship it to the address provided in the return instructions.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a damaged or defective item.
  • If the return is initiated outside the 30-day window or does not meet the eligibility criteria, we reserve the right to deny the return.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide a full refund or exchange depending on your preference, and cover the cost of return shipping.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different style, size, or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.

  • Personalized or customized items (unless damaged or defective)
